Items are made and shipped through Printify. Returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product of manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us with in 30 days of product delivery. You will need to submit a photo showing the damaged product.
Note if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, no replacements or refunds will be made.
